Champion sprinter brings a powerful message of inclusion and possibility to children with disabilities worldwide.
Variety – the Children’s Charity International is proud to welcome Paralympian Rhiannon Clarke as our newest Global Ambassador.
Rhiannon is no stranger to Variety, having been supported by our Variety branch in Western Australia for years. “I performed with the Variety – Western Australia youth choir for ten years and then in 2020, I received a Variety Heart Scholarship. The scholarship grant helped cover the cost of my training and equipment and assisted me in achieving my goal of competing in the Paralympics in 2021.”
At just 22 years old, Rhiannon has already represented Australia on the world stage as a international medalist in the 100m, 200m, 400m T38 sprint events. Her commitment to excellence, resilience, and inclusion makes her a powerful voice for children of all abilities.
“I’m honored to be part of the Variety family,” said Rhiannon. “As someone who has overcome challenges to pursue my passion, I know how important it is for kids to feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. I’m excited to help spread that message!”
As a Variety Ambassador, Rhiannon will help shine a global spotlight on the work being done across our 38 international chapters to empower children with disabilities through mobility, inclusion, healthcare, and education.

The partnership will include inspirational campaigns, social media storytelling, and advocacy designed to reach more children and families around the world.
