Tisha Hartman is an enterprise transformation executive, author, and founder of Harms Advisory Group, with 24 years of experience across operations, finance, strategy, risk, lending, and governance. She has led growth, turnaround, and transformation in highly regulated organizations, overseeing portfolios of up to $1.2 billion and teams of more than 120.
Tisha is the author of The Scrappy COO. During a year-long, faculty-selected internship with Santa Clara University’s Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, her work on institutional responsibility was published by the Center. She also received special recognition from Santa Clara County for advocacy on behalf of foster youth and has served in governance roles across financial services, public agencies, and higher education.
Having faced disadvantage as a youth in Los Angeles, Tisha remembers Variety’s impact in her community and is honored to serve as Treasurer of the International Board and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Ethics & Risk Committee.
